Can I switch the card I used to pay for my order?

It may be possible ONLY within ~3 days of the purchase. The process includes paying the full amount on the new card, and after that is confirmed, we can refund the original card. Reach out to

Do you offer tax exemption status?

No. The reason why, is because we are not a wholesaler. We are direct-to-consumer and sell tangible goods. This means we are required to charge sales tax in states where we have an established business presence as well as in others where U.S. law dictates.

Gift Cards

E-Gift cards are available for purchase HERE. You will receive your unique code to the email address provided at checkout. All that is needed to use the gift card, is the code. It is important to note that we cannot edit the recipient information retroactively; so if you are sending it as a gift, enter in the recipient's email OR forward your email with your code to them to use. Gift cards are final sale.


Any refunds processed as a result of order edits/cancellations or returns will be processed back to your original payment method; they usually take ~3-5 business days to post on your end. We cannot refund any amount totaling under $10. Please refer to the linked articles for policy information.
