• Your Semihandmade order containing door/drawer fronts, panels/trim, floating shelves, and/or custom items is considered final once placed. Because our manufactured products are made to order, we do not accept returns. This includes all kitchen, bathroom, and media orders, miscellaneous parts, and floating shelves. We will, however, fix or replace any manufacturer-related imperfection if a claim is made at using this form within three business days of receipt of your order.

Shelfology floating shelves and wall hooks

• These items are final sale and we do not accept returns.

Semihandmade gift cards

Rejuvenation, Lewis Dolin, Schwinn, and Emtek decorative hardware

• You can return these items within 30 days of receipt minus a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• To initiate a return of these items, click here. In order for your return to be processed, the following criteria must be met:

  • The order was delivered in the last 30 days.

  • The product is unopened in original, intact packaging.

  • The product is in perfect condition, void of any damage. 

• If your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Carefully pack and ship the item(s) in original and resellable condition. Once we receive the item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method minus the 25% restocking fee.

• *Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping your return within that same (30 days from delivery) timeframe. If it is not shipped within that time, we cannot guarantee a successful return/refund. The item(s) must be carefully packaged when shipped to return in original and resellable condition. Once the return is marked as delivered, you should receive your refund within 10 business days.

You can cancel your order anytime prior to template/measurements. If you cancel after the template but before the material ships, you'll be charged the trip fee. No cancelations and no returns after your material is shipped.
