If anything is amiss with your Semihandmade or BOXI order (damage, defects, incorrect or missing pieces), please fill out this form to the best of your ability. It is essential to be as descriptive as possible so that we can resolve the matter quickly for you.

When uploading photos (if applicable), make sure to enter what the piece is in field above the upload button.

Please hang on to all pieces & packaging during the resolutions process, until your case has been closed and your Success Specialist assigned to your case tells you explicitly what needs to be done - if they can be disposed of or if they will need to be collected.
